I put the bike together, took it outside to try it and it made a loud almost banging noise rode about two minutes before the back tire blew out, I told them about the awful clicking and the tire, waited weeks for a new tire (which wasn’t the main issue) messaged them again and again about it the loud banging and they said to send an email, I’ve sent about 4-5 and all tell me to send the evidence again. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER. Just cold emails after cold emails
