Instructions are very sketchy and hard to understand. The frame was bent in shipping so we had to have that fixed before we could assemble the rest of it. The gears were hard to transition smoothly. If you can find someone experienced to put it together, DO IT!! (and pay them well.) After all the kinks were worked out, It was fun to ride. The seats not comfortable, so I bought a better one on Amazon. The basket isn't very sturdy, so I'm opting to have a stronger one built. The pink is lighter than expected, but it's still pink (MY FAV!) Overall it's a sturdy bike and the tires are comfortable riding. 1 star taken for impossible instructions and another star taken for poor shipping resulting in a bent frame.
