This was the best birthday gift for my dad this year. This light has so many different uses it was definitely worth the price. It has 3 different light colors to select from, warm, cool, and white (blindingly bright). The battery life is amazing! We used it for a couple hours while grilling out after it had gotten dark and it still showed almost full charge. The tripod is easily dismantled and feels really solid. Having the ability to take the top light off and use it in different areas is a great design. I wanted something with many options so dad could take it anywhere with him. It's got a bottom magnet that is really strong, good for aattaching to underneath a car hood. It also has a hanging hook that extends out from the bottom if needed. All the lights swivel and rotate in whatever direction you want and they clip or lock back in when not in use for easy storage. I thought the tripod was going to be much bigger in diameter but I'm glad it's not, it all folds up neatly into about a 3 foot sized carrying bag that came with it. Very lightweight and worth every penny so far!
