I am waiting to hear back from your technician on the customer care response team. I have sent pictures and comments regarding the issue we are having with assembling the lawn sweeper. The cross bar for the bag is too short and we found a small tear at one of the divots/snaps. We are unable to use this lawn sweeper and at this point, I am very frustrated with this email. I imagine this is an automatic email but, you need to follow up with previous correspondences before requesting the status of my satisfaction. I am expecting a resolution to these issues in a timely manner so I can use the lawn sweeper and give you a positive response. .
