Excellent quality and value for the money. Lightweight, plenty of ventilation, sturdy. Can stand alone properly on its own. Will not fold or fall over. My 20 pound cat fits inside with lots of room. The carrier attaches easily and safely to the wheels. My only suggestion is to add brakes to the wheels, LOL ! The wheels allow for the carrier to move and rotate 360° very easily.

I’m in college right now and my parents live across the country. I like to bring my cat with me when I go home for the breaks and this was great. I got into a car accident in July, and I still have neck/shoulder pain, so to be able to roll around my cat was a life saver. PROS: - The base with the wheels is easy to detach and put away. - Also easy to put the base back on whenever I was waiting to get off the plane. - Very comfortable for my cat! During our layovers, I would unzip and expand the carrier. She loved it and it gave her more room to stretch when we weren’t on the plane. CONS: - Mine came with no shoulder strap. - Also came without an inner leash. I had to attach her seatbelt leash from my car onto one of the buckles where the shoulder strap would be. - This thing will roll away from you if you aren’t paying attention! There were times she was rolling to the side of me because I was walking fast to my next gate. Once I paid attention, it wasn’t that big of a deal for me. I love this carrier and so did my cat. She seemed less anxious on our trip, and she was comfortable in the carrier. I wish there was a shoulder strap, because I usually wrap the shoulder strap around my headrest when we go on roadtrips. I also was hoping for an inner leash since it makes me feel more comfortable knowing that she’s strapped in, but my seatbelt leash did the trick while we were traveling. UPDATE: We ended up roadtripping across the country with my cat. Not having the shoulder strap was hard since I couldn’t wrap it around the headrest to keep her secure. Also, not having the inner leash was miserable because she would jump out of the carrier and try to explore the car. Other than those two complaints, the carrier is great!

Safe, durable for my cat when traveling and never gets hot

Description was spot on and it was so easy to assemble. Fit perfectly under the seat.

The attachment to the roller cart is only held on to be three spots of Velcro. Our dog was moving around while waiting to check in and the carrier completely slipped off the fixture to the roller cart. This didn’t just happen once and did so despite our trying to reattach more securely.

It was comfortable, spacious and the wheels were a deal changer. Very sturdy and easy to roll. Rolling my luggage in one hand and my pet in the other, very smooth and convenient. Definitely recommend.

Needed a carrier for both my cats as the shoulder strap broke on their last one. This carrier is large and lightweight and love that I can use remove the trolley when needed.

Purchase this product for my dog for traveling. She did very well in it. She was comfortable underneath the seats. The entire ride, usually, she's trying to get out of her carrier. But once I opened up the sides and extended them, she just layed down comfortably and fell asleep the duration of the plane ride.

Never got a chance to use it due to the move, but it looks well made. My dog is too big so it may become a Christmas present for the animals at the Humane Adoption.

This is a great carrier for smaller dogs (less than 15 pounds). I like that the wheels are detachable and I really like that the sides pop out on both sides. We got this for our 15 pound dog and he was really squashed in the main section with sides folded in (which is the approved airline size). We decided it was too small for our 15 pound dog. I think the description says up to 25 pounds, but that must be with the sides popped out.
