Edited to add: I contacted customer support and they were very prompt and went above and beyond to address my issue and make it right. I still wasn't happy with the product itself, but the customer service was excellent so I changed it to 4 stars.
I really regret this purchase. My husband and I have assembled many pieces of furniture over the years (hello IKEA), so that is not the problem. I bought this bookshelf because we are currently in an apartment and I thought the wedge shape would be harder for my son to tip over. Turns out a tipping bookshelf was the least of my worries. My son is 18 months old and can easily pull this apart even after multiple attempts to tighten all of the connections. He's curious and fiddles with things, but he's not *that* strong so I was really surprised at the lack of quality. The bolts don't stay in well and have become a hazard because they fall out and he could easily swallow them. I've had to take it out of his room.
