Have 4 of these ice cream machine. They are great! Wish you could buy parts for them. The manuals are not good but with trial and error you can make some good ice cream.

I love this machine, I caught it on sale. Works great. Easy to clean, easy to operate. Gets cold quick.

Good quality machine . Good for professional use . This is nice machine with doble compresor and over night function, with this function you can work 4 days continuously and not need to wash it every day , really recommend to star a business and alaskaimport in Venezuela has the best prices and support for warranty and has parts

This machine makes great soft. Serve ice cream. My grand kids love it.Great product and excellent customer service.

The machine work good. It a bit heavy so hard to move around. All the part are easy to install. There are no video how to operate so read the manual.

This machine is easy to use and creates smooth, creamy soft serve ice cream in under 20 minutes! Serving pineapple dole whip ice cream has been the perfect addition to our Polynesian themed backyard and has been a hit at every party we have had since we got it. We did have a bit of an issue at first. The voltage was set too high and the machine was throwing an error code (I believe it was U8) and kept tripping the breaker in the house. My husband reached out to Vevor and they responded quickly by email with step-by-step instructions on how to turn it down on the machine, and my friend’s husband installed a designated line in our kitchen for the machine. After that, all worked beautifully!
