I cannot really give a honest review because I received my heat press late evening on 10/5. I unboxed it the next morning and to my surprise the control panel was broken off 😔. My guess is that it happened during the shipping process I’m not sure. But I am very disappointed. Contacted customer service and I’m waiting to hear back from them regarding what to do next.

The box was received with a sizable hole and some products parts were exposed I haven’t tested it yet will try to start it up and contact with more information

This setup is great for beginners and has earned us alot of money and has created growth for us to upgrade to commercial equipment! Highly recommend

Really like this heat press! The base does not pull out for easy access to load your item you are pressing like my smaller heat press does. That would be the only thing that would make it better! Love the swing arm style! Nice big size! Definitely recommend!

I am very happy with my heat press, its packaging and delivery but disappointed with the attachment sent. The machine came already set-up ready to be plugged in while you have to select the attachment you want to use and connect it to the base. MY DISAPPOINTMENT: Why 4 stars rather than 5 stars. I received four (4) mug/tumbler attachment as advertised, but instead of one (1) 11oz and one (1) 20oz straight attachments I got two (2) 11oz attachments. I'm very dis-satisfied in this because it is very expensive to return for exchange from where I live. I took one (1) star because i believe that packages should be double checked before shipment, and I am still out of a 20oz mug press.

Great and easy to use for my clothing brand. Comes with instructions if you need, just make sure everything is fastened when you get it.

I absolutely love this heat press! I was intimidated at first, but it really is easy to use—very well packaged—it works really well for pressing heat transfer vinyl onto t-shirts. Heats up quickly, controls are super easy to use. I’m getting ready to use the mug press that came with it—I’m sure I will be just as pleased. Terrific product!

It came in damaged, I wasn't even able to use it and had to fight for nearly 3 weeks for a refund that I still haven't seen.
