Last about 8 to 9 months
It made ice up to 9 months no hassle but all of a sudden I recieved a e2 error code and the machine runs water and everything but I doesn't freeze to make ice likes it low on gas please help me

We purchased this ice machine for our small coffee shop and it works great! Makes ice quickly, fits nicely on the counter and is super easy to use! Ice tastes great and lasts a Sufficient amount of time in drinks!

It is a great ice maker, good quality, and plenty of ice! I might start selling all the extra ice! Lol. I highly recommend it. Totally worth it. Although, I did have a slight issue with the hose connection, it was smaller, so I had to search for an adaptor. Other than that, I'm happy with the product, it's been like 2 months now.

Nice machine for the money
Took about 4 days to ship. When it arrived the packaging was in great shape. When I got it out of the package the rear cover had a dent in it. I called customer support and they wanted to send me a new one. I did not want to go thru that hassle and they are sending me a new cover. The unit is as advertised. With one exception. There is no way this holds 39 lbs. Of ice. Maybe 25 at best. This is not a big concern of mine. I am only two days in but it is working great. My only other complaint is the instructions. I will keep everyone posted

Tons of ice!!! Makes more ice than you think!!
Awesome ice machine!!!! Read the size, it’s small but makes tons of ice!!! You will need to run a water line, my husband ran a drain system which worked out great!! (drain pump that came with the unit, had to put the tube in a bucket to drain the water so he went with his own system) Ice in 15 mins!!! A lot of reviews were concerned the ice bin isn’t a freezer, but if it was it would freeze the cubes into a solid block, plus you always have fresh ice. Ice breaks easy with the 2 scoops that come with the unit! So far pleased with my ice maker!!
