I was very happy to find this saw for $350. I was 4 weeks out to slaughter a cow and wanted a saw for making butchery easier.
Everything was in good shape. The crate was great, kind of surprised how stout it was. 3 day shipping was awesome!.
After giving the saw a bath and sanitizing it, i tested it on a small roast that was from last years cow. Cut though it like butter. People need to understand how a meat saw works. It can be somewhat intimidating.

Cutting thawed meat takes some finesse. 1st time I did i jumped the saw blade. I tightened the blade adjuster and slowed down cutting, problem went away.
Here is how affective this saw was in my garage butcher shop, I had a #880 off the hoof cow.
Total usable meat #588.
I was able to cut the ribs and all the steaks and cuts I wanted off the carcass. Including all the high dollar steaks.
Less than #30 of waste.
All the bones where made into small pieces to make bone broth and bone meal.
The switch is kind of in a bad place. I took the cutter deck off and the one bolt was a PITA to get out.
Other than that, I love how well this saw does its job.
