Well made and sturdy.
This is a very sturdy and well built work out apparatus. The bolts are packaged well and although a wrench is included I’d recommend using a ratchet and socket for the nuts. It adjusts easily and it can be moved by one person who is reasonably tall and strong enough.

Feels sturdy!
Got it assembled in about 30 minutes by myself. Was very easy and everything needed was included. It feels very sturdy when I use it and trust it to hang upside down with my gravity boots daily.
