Initially I was surprised by the hot water, not steam, that came out, thinking it was faulty. However, on actually reading the manual I discovered this was normal and made sure to have the jug ready to catch it. I wish I’d bought one with a bigger tank as filling it is a bit of a pain, but otherwise it works great. Have cleaned grout and removed paint spills off tile with ease. For the price it works just fine.

Easy to use. I’ve used it twice so far to freshen up clothes. After each time I’ve put it down to swap garments, I’ve found that the steam condenses quickly and collects in the tubing, causing it to spit up water(far!) or all over the clothes. I’ve learned to have a container to “blow out” that collected water to get to just steam.

This thing it great! I have a very old scuncii handheld steamer but it pales in comparison to this one! I have done my floors, steamed my furniture, my mattress, and most importantly, the interior of my VERY filthy car. Made it look new again! Allow it to heat up completely and it won’t spit water everywhere. Removed crud in hard to reach places and refreshed my upholstery. Works on bathroom fixtures, clothes hampers, trash cans and anything else you can imagine. Water tank lasts about half an hour for heavy duty cleaning. Hope it lasts a long time. Highly recommend!!! Edit: I tried it on my windows. Oh my. It works amazing! Have a cloth handy to clean up the mess when your done but I was streak free and beautiful!!!

This worked better than previous steamer that I had for three years that I bought off here. I like the fact that you can pick which level you need to steam at. For the price, it works awesome the only thing I dislike is that it’s white and gets dirty easily lol

Used this item once when I first received it, it worked perfectly well. Yesterday I took it out filled it with water and plugged it in, it didn't work. The compartment was getting hot, but now steam was coming out. I followed directions to clean properly and still it didn't work.

I just LOVE this little thing. Lightweight, easy to hook-up and heats up lightning fast.

It's a decent beginner steamer for what we need it for. I purchased it only because my son needed a smaller one to fit in the trunk of his car for his detailing business, and its fast heating. My entire review will be based solely on that type of usage, detailing. Which means I don't know how it behaves with the floor head or the extension wand. But the quality of the plastic is good and sturdy on all of the attachments so it seems like this thing could outlive your first marriage. It didn't lie about how fast it heats up, it's amazing actually. Especially since my other two take between 12 to 15 minutes. That may not seem like much, but when time is money then you need to be able to walk in the door making things happen and not have to wait for the steamer to start doing the inside work of the vehicles. The build quality is nice, other than the plastic water reservoir which I am not used to. It's compact which I LOVE and as stated, it heats up faster than you can put an accessory on it to use. My main issue is the consistency of the steam. It's not a good flow of steam, it comes out in bursts almost. There's no wait time but I'm used to consistant steam clouds. I have a McCulloch 1385 and a Sargent Steam and love those. The McCulloch has handled everything I've thrown at it, it's just big and clunky; I wish I had gotten the 1375 instead, and the Sargent is just a beast...just heats too slow. I'm not saying don't get it. I'm sure for around the house it's fantastic and no matter what size you purchase it has a good water fill capacity which is another plus. However, if you're into detailing then know that you will probably want to upgrade yours after a few years with the Vevor and that is not a bad thing. It's worth buying and it'll get the job done! If I had this before my other two steamers I would have given this 5 stars. Now this may sound like I'm saying get the McCulloch or the Sargent instead of this and I'm not, not unless you're upgrading from this for stro
