This works perfect for my needs, I purchased one prior to this but had to return it because it didn’t have an adjustable heat setting. I am very happy.

Ceramic coating stuck to the bottom of a beaker. It baked the coating to the bottom of the beaker & it won't come off.

The hot plate and stirrer work great. The thing maintains temperature and rotational speed. Temperature accuracy is uncertain. But if you have a secondary thermometer, you can calibrate it. And because it maintains a set temperature, you get great results.

I made the mistake of using a ball canning jar instead of beaker and my sugar broke burning my ceramic top but now that I use the correct beakers it's going great. O ly thing I don't like is it does get hot when you turn on and the light won't be on like it's on so u have to make sure knob is 100 percent off for heat.

Wish had better accuracy but great for the money. Stir bar is not well balanced.

Magnetic stir motor control has surge at initial open. Temperature control needs self calibration. Magnetic rod poorly balance, purchase separate magnetic stirring rods. Good product for cost (Good value)

I've wanted an inexpensive heated magnetic stirring hot plate for many years. Now I have one! I love it. Thanks.

Great product its a fantastic peoduct

The stirrer plate and heater work well for the money. The stand is fine but useless if you actually know what to do with stands. There is no digital display of RPM or Temp, but for the price point I cant quibble.
