Had this ice maker a months now and we love it!! We haven’t gave it a break and it’s worked great so far. Not hard to set up just Make sure you have access to water, electricity and a place for it to drain and you will be good. We also put a water filter on just to extend the life of the maker. Holds about 30lbs of ice. Hope this maker has a long life span!

It appears to be well made and runs efficiently and no noisier than our previous machine. For in-home use or a small commercial establishment I don't think you can go wrong with this unit.

Directs with how to set up product are not very clear for a novice like myself but once I figured it out it has been great. I have owned it for just over a month.

The product was damaged by parcel carrier. As soon as I contacted the seller they immediately agreed to rectify the situation and sent me a new ice machine in great condition. I do not hold the seller responsible for the carriers failure. I do appreciate how responsive the seller was to my situation and the quick response to fix the situation. Highly recommend and love my ice machine.
