Overall it's good for at home projects for what the price is. The housing was smashed in around the ratchet and brake mechanism but didn't effect operation. The delivery box wasn't damaged either. In the picture and somewhere in the description there was a lifting strap included in the price but I never got it. Contacted support and talked through with them about getting the strap but they said there was none in stock so I was offered $20 reimbursement, never got it.

It works and operates with ease and does the job needed. Lifts engines, piping, tree trunk logs, tree stumps etc with ease. If you need a small light hand winch I don't think you will be disappointed with this for the price.

One of the two items doesn't work Tried to contact Vevor and they were no help. They wanted me to send a picture with a certain format that neither my phone nor my computer supports

It was heavy duty better than I expected and I've used it about five times already I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for to buy something like that thank you

4 chain hoist were ordered and 3 of the 4 had dents on the cover that needed to be repositioned to not rub the chains when lifted and lowered.

Great little hoist, just right for lifting my solid steel covers off of the in-garage storm cellar. I use it as a grease pit during the off season. (Tornadoes) Very pleased with this purchase.

Quality product at a great price .I don't have time to write at length . Only a moron would need 100 characters to rate a chain hoist.

Purchased to lift and service 60" zero turn, works perfectly. Got the 2 ton bc it was on sale and cheaper than the 1 ton!
