This motor works well, and can save a lot of money especially compared to a technician recommending a new furnace for $5000 or more. My original blower motor was installed incorrectly at the factory. Apparently, the mounting holes were not placed correctly so the factory installer removed a sleeve from one of the three isolation mounts to thread the screw into a misaligned hole. Also, the holes were not parallel to each other, making the new mounting brackets not fit. I bent the new mounting brackets and used two of them and one old one. The impeller is not centered in the housing, but rotates smoothly. There is no rumbling with operation, and the fan and motor are at least as quiet as the old one, but probably less noisy. The capacitor is round and would not fit where the old one was, so I mounted it on the sheet metal of the furnace instead of on the fan housing. Also, I had to use heat-shrink style crimped connectors for the wiring. The product is great, and I am pleased Amazon carries it. But if you expect a 30 minute installation, your experience may not match your expectations. The directions are poorly written English, probably simply machine translated from Chinese, and I think the coil resistance values are nonsense. I studied wiring diagrams before I started, twisted an allen wrench getting my old set screw loose, used a hammer and punch to remove the old motor shaft from the impeller, and drilled holes in my cabinet to mount the capacitor. The reward was perfect operation when I applied power to the furnace at job completion.
