No manual was included or paperwork.

**Update - I was pleasantly surprised that the seller contacted me and said they are going to improve the instructions.** -The plotter works, that's the good part. The instructions are terrible. I have had to YouTube instructions from how to put the stand together to how to properly set the blade. I also did not know which driver to select for the provided cutting software from SignMaster. They have a decent website but contacting them was unsuccessful. Just pick the first one on the list. FYI

Me gusto lo fácil que mis hijos la pudieron instalar y usar, fue como si ya la hubieran conocido aunque nunca le habiá puesto la mano, y corta muy bien, es rápida y su costo es muy acequidble a toda el mundo,

First had, and still have a problem with jaggered edged, and rounded corners after multiple configurations and now plotter is not responding to cut... replaced usb cord and no change. Wiggle the port and I can occasionally get it to work.

This thing works great! love the sound it makes when its cutting, sounds like robots singing. Cuts a wide range of materials or you can get pencil/pen tips and do blueprints as well.

Easy to assemble, speed is great, cutting accuracy is very good. Software is easy to learn and allows imports of Adobe illustrator files, which is extremely important for custom work. It paid for itself within a week!
