I’ll start with saying this seems to be a quality vinyl cutter for very cheap. I’ve been using it continually for several weeks and so far, so good. I would give it 5 stars but there was a negative up front.When I first installed it, there was a driver error for the USB port and the cutter would not function. However, the issue was my laptop had not been updated. My issue with their customer service is they were not able to help resolve the issue. I had to correct the issue myself. This is likely due to a restriction on Amazon’s part but I think if they created a website to problem shoot and download drivers, it would be very helpful.

I love this little machine. The only thing I would suggest if buying is get the pro software

had to go out and get a desktop computer to use this item, it would not work Via the USB, Have to use this Item on the COM input on a desk top computer but it works great now! great item 100% worth every penny.

This product always makes my degins exactly how I need to be. I'm glad I purchased from Amazon because it was delivered when I needed it to b here and it was easy to set up.
