I’m honestly not sure why the negative reviews overall this is a great little press. Is there a learning curve? Yes but a small one. If you read the instructions and follow them you won’t have any issues. The timer does not start automatically though - you’ll have to close your press then hit the “Enter” button to start the timer.

Small enough to use in a regular counter top. It works good. The plastic smell when first using it is a bit strong but after a few uses that goes away. So far I’m happy with this product and my sublimation mugs are coming out really good.

I love it! Great for the price and it can do 15 oz mugs I was skeptical because some would say it could and some say it can’t but it does great for both

Works great. Just a weird smell in the first moment it heats up, but I think is normal
