I read comments complaining about missing parts and difficult assembly. I had none of these problems. We bought the largest one (18’). Definitely takes two people but the assembly was quick, maybe 45 minutes for the frame which is heavy and sturdy. It’s the chicken wire that was the hard part but we had more than enough to do the job. It’s more tedious than difficult and the fact that it’s coated in plastic made it easier on the fingers. This wouldn’t be ideal for new chicks, the door frame has gaps but not a problem for juvenile to full size chickens. We placed a roosting box at the end for a sturdy shelter they can roost in at night but most like to sit on the logs we placed in there. We could not have bought these parts separately for less- we were really pleased with the product and convenience of it being a ready made kit.

Easy assembly and sturdy. Well worth the investment.

The product arrived in two boxes. The cover was missing but the seller is sending one as I write this review.

Update: arrived in two packages on different dates. I was recovering from a broken ankle and someone put away the smaller box and forgot about it. When I finally got around to installation, I assumed the box wasn’t delivered. After a prompt response from customer service, I realized what happened and found the box. It was simple to assemble and is of similar quality to my more expensive run from tractor supply.

This coop(run) is working great for us. I have 12 chickens . Birth wise 2 weeks apart. We are trying to get them use to each other so this works good for that as well .We also have 2 coops( housing) and are going to attach this metal coop to them so they have their home and a much bigger Run. Or you could put your coop inside it as well. But with 2 Well made carpenter built wooden coops in side; it cuts their room to run . For the winter we plan on building a peek for it so when we tarp it , and it snows the snow will slide off. So yes I like this metal coop . You can use it in many ways. Just make sure when you are putting it together and putting the wire on that you follow the directions precisely ! Because that will give you a much sturdier product!!!

We have not put our ducks in yet so this is simply and assembly review. Super easy to assemble. Husband and I got frame together in less than an hour. Could have used a little bit clearer explanation for the door and latch assembly. It would have taken me a little bit to figure out on my own, but my husband had no problem. I was able to put the netting on by myself and I’m 5’ 1”. Only thing I would add/change besides clearer latch assembly instructions is a bit in the directions about wrapping the wire/net under the bottom pieces and then securing with zip ties. Didn’t think to do that until I watched the video. Overall, great product!

Love this coup but please find a way to allow water to drain from any type of tarp. (4 flash flood warnings last night). I have had this for a 1.5yrs, enjoyed it and it has kept my chickens safe. I have 2 small coops inside that I lock up every night as well. I also ran hard chicken wire on the floor of the coup, so it is thoroughly enclosed and secured with wire wraps and zip ties. I installed and also disassembled the disaster myself...solo.

This coop is fantastic! All parts came, no problems. It took two of us 6 hours to put it together. It’s easy to do. We just wanted to make sure that everything was exactly as we wanted it. It’s safe and sturdy. There is more than enough chicken wire so that you can cut it long, having enough wire to bury. This run even comes with its own wrench to use as you need it. I will suggest that you purchase more 8” zip ties, although many come with it. We just love zip ties. Also, purchase 8 stakes if you aren’t going to use it as a tractor. This coop/run is a great product. I highly recommend it.

The coop is easy to put together due to the snap together poles It is extremely solid and Impressive strength,I really like the. Design too.I love the heights that gives you 6.4 feet of head room to easily enter and move about the enclosure comfortably and easily.I would say it is easy for me and I really like it as do my birds they can chase each other scratch or in my roosters case Strut !! Lol

We are very happy with this chicken cage. It gave our girls so much more room to move. Product went together pretty easy. I would however suggest much better zip ties, as the ones that come with the product are basically worthless. They are not strong at all. We got the smallest cage as we don't have a very large yard. This size is perfect. My chicken coop fit into the cage, nicely. Very happy with this purchase. I used fencing stakes on the corners to secure the frame in case of windy days.
