One side has never worked. I tried to.email them haven't. Heard nothing on the issue. The one side that.works is.wonderful.. it fits my needs but would be super nice if the other side.worked.i could.do.things alot faster.

I have had not even 3 months and it has burnt out I guess. Def not satisfied. Checking my warranty. not even a full 99 days.

I was surprised to see how little the basket were, however I was happy that the oil stayed hot and cooked my Fry's without any problems

Package was intact on arrival. Very simple controls so the most novice of users can operate the fryer. Good temperature recovery and quick warm up. I do, however recommend using 2 different circuits for operating the equipment…will draw up to 25 amps combined, so unless you have a higher capacity breaker, it will trip the circuit breaker. Very pleased with the unit and would recommend it anyone lookin for a countertop fryer.

Fryer works great. Holds temperature and easy to clean. The drain spout I makes draining the fryer a breeze. Have found this the best fryer I have owned Definitely recommend this fryer
