I am very happy with the quality of this meat slicer, have used it a couple times it seems to work great.

Our old small meat slicer stopped working correctly so we bought this nice big 10" from Vevor. We like to make our own jerky fairly often. This slicer works great! Cut the meat thinly with ease, is fast and very quiet too. Price is excellent for the type of slicer. We are very happy with our purchase.

Perfect for the price. Castings on some parts is a little rough and some are not overly robust but that’s the $1,000 trade off isn’t it. Having owned a restaurant I can tell you pro equipment is not cheap and this is a great option for the home. Looking at the overall build of the item I don’t see why this wouldn’t last for many years in a home use environment. I have only sliced a slab of homemade bacon and a smaller block of smoked cheese so far. It worked flawlessly on those two items. Cleaning is exactly what you think it would be. It’s not hard and takes about 15 minutes start to finish. If you make sausage and your use to cleaning a grinder this is no more work. Size is good as it fits in the base cabinet of my kitchen. I have seen complaints about replacement parts not being available. Not sure if this is true but would think belts, blades and many other parts are interchangeable with others. Looking online many brands in this price range look to be coming from the same source vendor. I would also add that the $1000.00 and up machines charge a premium for their parts. A new replacement motor would likely cost me what I paid for this unit.

So far, we've used this slicer for roast beef and raw red cabbage. It worked very well for each of these. Overall, we're very please with the ease of use and quality of this slicer. As people mention, it is a little difficult to wash it, but once you learn the process, it isn't too terrible. We recommend this slicer.

Nice slicer, good quality ,does a great job if slicing. I sliced smoked cheder cheese , summer sausage and smoked bacon straight out of the smoker. Everything was frozen but he bacon and slice like butter except the bacon which was warm. Next time i will freeze the bacon before slicing. I am very pleased with this slicer.
