The unit has been rock solid since hooking it up (almost 4 weeks now). The instructions are just okay, but if you're somewhat mechanically inclined - you should have no problem. For those that struggle with those types of things, YouTube is your friend!! I added an external 12v power supply, but also have it to hook up to a battery in case of electric outages. The app is not that intuitive.. but one can get by. Would I buy it again? Yes... and I did. :)

I’ve had it for a little while and finally got a chance to use it. Will not work. Hooked it up per instructions, it will turn on but will not heat, will not run, now it will not turn on.

Came packaged nicely. Worked right out of the box. Even came with heat shield for exhaust. Get about 7 hours on a tank of fuel.

It took a long time for my son to put it together. Works great.

This heater has been wonderful once you get used to using it. Just remember to power it off with the off button and after a minute or so it will tell you to have a nice trip then it will shut it off. Don't just unplug it. Also, I am using it with my truck camper and although it worked fine in the garage on a deep cycle battery when I took it out and plugged it into my lithium power system in my truck it would not ignite and it gave me a high voltage audio warning. Appears it doesn't like the 13+ voltage of the lithium system so plan on it only working at voltages in the 12s. I now carry a separate battery for the heater although I plan to rig a dc to dc converter to my lithium system to drop the voltage a bit. Still love it. It has worked flawlessly and it cranks out the heat. It has heat settings of 1-10 and just running at 1 keeps my truck camper toasty in the 20s. On 2 it keeps it great in the teens. For the price this was a great purchase.

Can’t connect to power source whether it be 12 V lighter, receptor or direct to battery. It continues to blow fuses..

works great, it gets nice and hot and the controls are easy to use and understand. it came with everything needed

Wow, this thing is unbelievable, but be careful it gets very hot at the exit you could fry an egg while heating up your shed or 5th wheel.

The heater is great Warms the shop up Before my coffe is finished in the mornings. The only problem I have is learning the controller it’s probably just my brain but it’s an amazing little machine
