For the money it’s a nice piece of equipment. No instructions so you just have to figure it out. But it’s also not rocket science. Bought it for my wife for Christmas and she has used it multiple times already. I can’t speak about it’s durability just yet but so far so good.

Did not come with instructions had to uTube this to use it. Also I don’t like the twelve motion. Wish I got the lift kind. But for the price it’s great.

I’ve had this product for several months and I haven’t had a single issue with it. I’ve done over 100 t shirts with it and they come out perfectly each and every time.

As far as pressing items I have had no issues with it. It's worked well. My only thing is, it came with no directions except for a small amount with a quick suggestion on temp. But nothing on the accessories!! I guess I have to youtube it. It's hard to get out of settings! It has some advanced setting but not much info on that either. Other than that pressing is fine.

My wife And I bought this press and we are very impressed with it. We have pressed everything from shirts and gym bags to hats, this press will do it all. The press is sturdy and well built, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a robust press.

Instructions on how to use the product would be nice rather than a small booklet indicating what the items are. Had to search the internet to know how to even set up. Love the press for making shirts; so much easier than using an iron. The top plate moves a little when pressing so the timer switch doesn’t always connect.
