The cup attachment would not close

This is perfect! More affordable than the cricut brand. Everything it came with was awesome! Highly recommend!

It was a little confusing at first to use. Instruction sheet had very few details. But after I figured it out it works great. It covers a nice size area. Very nice.

This product is great. It also came with a ton of extras that I was not expecting like a carrying bag, multiple tools, Infusable Ink paper, HTV, cutting mat, ironing mat, & other items. Highly satisfied with this purchase & highly recommend.

Works very well

Very happy with my purchase. Friend of mine has a cricut heat press and this one seems to be just as sturdy as hers. This heat press worked wonderfully. Came with the base and a pad. My came packaged nicely with no issues and arrived faster then expected. One small complaint is base comes in peices that you have to assemble.

The customer service is A1 if you should ever need questions answered.
