Installed and working
Once we had an outlet installed the unit worked as planned and is now charging vehicles as expected. The only complication we had was that it shipped with a four wire plug that was incompatible with the other uses for our outlet. I took the chance and we cut the plug off, found that only three wires were connected, as expected, and replaced it with a three wire 240 volt plug compatible with the outlet. That's working well, and maybe useful for many US customers to know that even though it comes with a four wire plug, only the 240 volt pins and the ground are actually connected. Is there for possible to connect it to a 240 volt outlet without the common lead.

old time service/
Wow less than 48 hrs at the door and post man handed to me. Check contents and seems in good shape will plug it in next week for install. This company has there act together not like some other foreign companies. Upgraded the E.V. charger at a great price will let u know how the install goes....

Good, but
The unit does what it's supposed to do, but the adapter for a 20-amp circuit has a plug with the horizontal tab for the outlet on the right. My dedicated 20-amp outlet has the horizontal tab on the left. I had to buy the proper plug for my outlet. Other than that it works fine.

The charger works just as the one I received with the dealership. So far it’s been working well. Only thing I would’ve liked if it could charge faster. Otherwise, It’s doing the job

Works great with 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV
It connected very easily with home network. I like how you can select the charging amps in the app (1-amp increments). Good quality. I could wish you could get it with a shorter cable. The app (Smart Life) will “record” the total kWh overnight if you look in the right spot, but doesn’t do a good job with keeping a record.

Works well.
Does the job and no complaints. I use it to charge via 110v outlet.

Works as advertised
This L1 charger is working great on my Tesla 3. Getting about 7 miles per hour. When I need a faster charge rate, I use my Simmen L2. For the price, you can’t beat it. No issues since January 2024.

Works good on 230v but sometimes needs to be unplugged to change amperage. I checked and it can work on 110v if I take out a line of the 230v connector. Vevor said they would pay for an adapter but i haven't found one. I could destroy a line on a 50 amp plug for an RV connector to 110v. As they put the 110v on both line's then the charger doesn't work. Maybe they will just send me one....' Ben

Seems to work well. I like the added features.
Mostly positive: * I thought I wasn't going to be able to get it to connect to my phone, but it just magically started working after fiddling with it and going through the same steps a few times. Instructions aren't all that clear, but it does work. * I wired a dedicated 120v, 20 amp circuit with all new 12 gauge wire comming from a 6 gauge to the sun pannel. It charged at 8amp, same as the stock charger. I was hoping it would pull more than 8 amps, since this circuit can take it, but it won't. My voltage drops by 1v (about 1%) where as I think I read it wasn't supposed to start throttling the current until a 10% drop. * I installed a 240v circuit using all 6 and 8 gauge wire. It changed at 13amps and again dropped about volt (1/2 of a percent). I inspected my line while it was charging and found on connector which was a little bit warm, but not exceedingly so. I took it apart and found the screws weren't totally tight. I tightened them down and it now charges at 15amps and the connection stays cool. That's about 3.6kw which isn't bad, though I was hoping for more. The stock 120v charger would do a full charge in 6hrs, and this does it in 2hr, 10mins. * I don't trust the cord connection to be totally water proof, so out of an abundance of caution I caulked the the connections; that's the white you see in the picture. * The longer cord is nice, and it seems to be a heavy gauge, though it doesn't specify. I know some other brands use 14 gauge in some places (particularly the short outlet-to-transformer cable), but hopefully (and possibly) this one is at least 12. * I have an energy monitor for my whole house, and then KW usage shown by this charger do agree with my house's reading. * I used it at 120v for a week. Have only used it at 240v for a day, so I can't speak to the longevity. * For the other reviewer complaining that this isn't a level 2 charger even when at 240v, and it's false advertising; I say to do your homework. This is a level 2 charger. It's the lowes

Decent no frills charger.
Good product and does what it says it does. I got the 120/240vac 16A level one charger. Just because it has 240vac option doesn’t make it a level two charger. 16A for 120vac OR 16A for 240vac. No extras with this one I got. There was no display, no push buttons and no blue tooth phone app. I should have paid a bit more for the one that has a display so I could keep track of the used KWH’s! :( Good value for the price and has a long cord.
