Overall, I am very happy with my mug press. It heats evenly. The automatic pressure setting/closing ensures a good even transfer of the ink from the paper. I have not had any issues with ghosting or uneven transfer of ink when using this mug press. I have one little quibble, though. The directions for PROGRAMMING this thing are so confusing! As in I have YET to be able to set it for the 80 seconds it needs for a mug (Why they defaulted to 60 is beyond me...they got the heat set right for most mugs, after all) So I usually end up having to put it in for 20 extra seconds and then manually cancelling the cycle. The finished projects look GREAT, though!
