I had some issues initially, but between Vevor customer service and Amazon customer service, I got the help I needed. It's easy to use and makes it just difficult enough to deter most grab-and-go porch pirates. If someone is absolutely intent upon stealing your stuff, this will slow them down substantially and probably be more trouble than it's worth to them. Now to get the delivery folk to use it...

The box is perfect for after hours deliveries and for leaving payments for vendors. The programable lock is perfect and easy to use. I would definitely recommend.

Used for a pickup box for after hours. Works great and cut down on co-ordinating with buyers. 24 hour access. Built well.

Pros: They give you a buffer plate to protect packages from the studs when they get dropped in. Anchors might be a nice touch, but too small for a bottom anchor. good for rear anchor. Combo lock is ok, but needs to be high up on door in order to see number. A lot lower in cost that other all metal boxes. This price range would normally get you a very small box or a cheap plastic one. Cons: Lock is too flimsy for roadside mount, so I added a hasp and padlock. Rear holes should be knockouts, so I had to plug them to keep water out. Fit and finish is a little loose, so I ran silicone seal over all the seams just in case. Should have plug for bottom holes if back holes are used. Had to cut buffer plate down to cover bottom anchors, as it is built to cover the rear mount anchors. Maybe a two piece buffer plate? If not then it would really help if they stamped the pattern into the plate so you know where to cut and bend. I had to wing it. Having a plastic drill template for the anchor holes would be really nice too. It's a little short for USPS boxes, so I had to use a 6 inch concrete pad instead of a 4 inch pad to elevate.

I was skeptical when I purchased this thinking it might end up being too small, but this was a GREAT purchase for the price! Good quality, and works great for the purpose of all my packages I get when I’m not there. Take that, porch pirates! My packages are finally safe!

Quality is good but I think is good for really small packages, big packages can't get through, just a small flat packages, needs to be wider.

Live on a deadend road. Mailbox is good for most deliveries and I like that it can be locked. It does let a little water in during the rain even though I made sure to level the box when installing. That is the reason for the 4 rating.

This package delivery box is reasonably well constructed for the price. It isn't the most heavy-duty cabinet, but it isn't extremely expensive either. About the only real knock I have for it is that it lacks some means of keeping the lower door closed before being locked. I thought about tipping it backwards just a bit when I mounted it - but I was afraid that would cause rain water to leak in around the door. I'll probably just get a magnet or two and glue it to the edge of the door opening to hold the door shut. Other than the above minor issue, I'm pleased with the product.

I guess I need to read closer the description. I thought this was a package box where put in top and it would drop to the bottom. But not. The description was weak on this. I did order one that did do this from VEVOR.

Love it. I just need the packages to be placed in there
