Owner of KUSTOM KREATIONZ
Easy product to attach to my laser system (Atom Stack) and functions well with Lightburn software. I was able to link it fairly easy and with minor adjustments the rotation was consistent and steady as well.

Works as designed.
I got this to replace another roller that couldn't do wine glasses. So far, this one seems to be working very well. My only problems are learning how to engrave on non-flat shapes. I'm getting there with that. This is a big unit. I'm using it with a little 5.5w diode laser. I had to block the machine up by 150mm (about 6\"). So if you're using a short machine, expect to need to raise it with something. I have seen some people use literal wood blocks (chunks of 2x4 board). The assembly was pretty straight forward. Mine came via Amazon Warehouse, so it had been returned by the first owner. The rollers were loose, and the slider locks weren't assembled, but those were easy to resolve during the assembly. I don't know if that's how it left the factory, or if the first owner messed it up. As for hooking it up, it was a piece of cake. I unplugged the Y at the mainboard, and plugged this in with one of the supplied cable. It didn't require any wire switching, it just worked. Someone else mentioned that the main roller diameter is 60mm, which you will need when setting up lightburn. Also the \"mm per rotation\" on my particular machine is 40mm.

Ok value for the price
Works fine, as expected with anything Chinese made tools like this, you will need to go over everything and tighten all the rollers. Most of the complaints seem to be from people that took it out of the box and expected to just plug it in. A lot of other complaints were about resolution, which most likely is a result of not calculating the correct steps per degree. It Came with 4 pin aviator plug cable and additional cable with 4 pin standard stepper plug. The product details mention both a nema 23 and nema 17 motor depending on which paragraph you are reading so I wasn't sure which one I would receive. Mine came with a nema 23 (1.8 degree 200 step per rev) motor. Not sure if it will help anyone but it worked out to 20.737 steps per degree on my controller which is a cohesion3d (don't buy one) And 60mm rollers in lightburn settings. The drive pulleys are gt2 12t and 28t. (2.333 drive ratio). 200 (steps per rev) x 16 (micro steps) x 2.333 (12t:28t pulley ratio) / 360 = 20.737. The resolution of this unit is just fine if it's set up correctly, id say those reviews with those issues are most likely user error.

Product seem fine light weight
Product seem fine light weight but nice it hold mugs well with the clip. Assembly required. Does not come with 4 pin aviation plug but says it is included... its not. I wonder if they sell a 4 pin aviation plug that will plug into this or do you need to soldier direct to a 4 pin aviation plug. Other than that all seems pretty good. Where can I get aviation plug for this that I can plug in to stepper motor?

Update. Loose screws
Update: other than the loose screws, easy to fix, all is good, solid hardware, easy to adjust, big (check dimensions of your laser equipment).Didn’t mention it arrived earlier that expected. Thanks. Looks ok; but it came with 2 loose screws. Not something that can’t be handled, but makes you think what else to expect. Will update after a few uses.

A Fix-And-Then-Play Machine.
I bought this product as an Amazon Warehouse product for $45, and as I assumed based on the reviews, the motor for the product was fried. I didn't realize at first that this was the issue and left the motor plugged into my laser engraver for a little while before I noticed it was scorching hot (190 degrees), which is definitely a safety hazard and is a great reason why VEVOR needs to stop using these garbage stepper motors.I was able to get a partial refund from Amazon (enough to replace the motor), and the product works great now. Don't buy this machine without the expectation that you will have to change the motor because unless you are fortunate, you will.Simply put, this machine is not plug-in-play and will require maintenance right out of the box, but other than that it is a fantastic machine at a very competitive price.
