I like the bigger hopper and not having to reload every couple of cranks. I had a much smaller stuffer previously. Seems well made however as I've read elsewhere it could have some potentially sharp edges if you're not careful. Another concern I have is the fact that you're left with sausage stuck in hopper with no way to stuff. Suggestions?

Great product does job that it's designed to do. Would recommend if you're making alot of sausages .

Great product works great use it for home butchering and stuffed 30 pounds of summer sausage mixed with high temperature cheese and 30 pounds of Italian sausage no problems worked like expected

Used it to make venison sausage this year, works great! Cut my time in half! I use to use my grinder with the cutter removed to stuff the casing now with the stuffer not only did it cut my time in half but filled the casing perfectly with the variety of fill tubes

Definitely use clamps to hold it down when operating by yourself. Night and day difference. I’ve used it to stuff about 50 plus pounds of sausage and 40 pounds of beef sticks and 15 pounds of dogs. Marc

This is a great unit. It is really built solid and is able to withstand a lot of abuse. . First use was 80 lbs of snack sticks. Worked better than expected.

Bought for son , he loves it

Great value, the fabrication was top notch, no sharp edges as some others have stated. The handle had a good, clean weld and should last. Others stated it came rusted, and/or broke off easily. I like the 2 speed function as it speeds up the process when reversing from the cylinder. You will get some blowback from the press plate depending on how stiff your mix is but that's to be expected. Cleanup is a mess no matter what, but I found this to be likely as easy as it gets.The 2 extra silicone gaskets is a nice touch. It definitely needs to be mounted to a surface either clamped or bolted down through the 2 holes in the base. Overall a nice piece.
