I got this to go under a new bandsaw. The saw weights 350 pounds so I needed something really solid and this is exactly that. I also wanted a base where all four wheels swivel and this delivered. The stand assembled just fine, despite the lack of a real instruction sheet. The photo here of a photo of a stand? That's the instruction manual.I also have a competitor's all-swivel heavy-duty base and this is just as good.I also built a drawer into the base to hold blades and other parts, and was concerned that the top-heavy saw might tip off. To prevent that I bolted the saw to the top of the drawer cabinet, and drilled one additional hole in the back side of each corner and lagged bolts into the cabinet sides. See the detail in the middle photo.PROS- Solid construction.- All parts supplied - I got at least one extra of every bolt and nut.- Easy to assemble.- All-swivel design makes it easy to maneuver heavy tools around the shop.- Big 3" wheels made of hard rubber-like substance roll well with little resistance.- Feet rise enough to roll the stand over small chunks of wood lying around the shop.- For the price, a great value.CONS- The "instruction manual" is a single photo of the assembled base.- Parts were somewhat scratched up in places. I like bright shiny things but I'll discount this complaint ... it's a stand for a tool and is going to get dinged. I just wish it wasn't pre-dinged. I like to make my own distress marks in my jeans, and would like that same privilege of my tools.
