Bought for my business and I use it daily! Very easy.

Set up takes some time, but works with my laptop

Works with Flexi. Pretty much the exact same machine as the US Cutter MH series. Does exactly what I need it to, which is cut vinyl reliably. Not as feature rich as a Graphtec, and it struggles to pull full 50yd rolls, but that is easily mitigated by pre-rolling your material before cutting.I’m happy for sure

If you're starting in his shirt making business like I am, you'll be looking for a lot of things of which you're not 100% sure if its the right thing ... that's what happened to me on this purchase, amazing piece of hardware but what I was searching for is called a Contour Cutting Vinyl Cutter with a laser and this just isn't that. Apart from that all amazing cutter the entire time I used it. When we get a secondary cutter, for the price I'm most certainly buying another one of these.

I had some problems at first but after a day I figured everything out! The manual of putting it together is just fine but other things could use a bit attention like what to do if the software doesn't want to work. With a bit of thinking and patience you should be able to solve your problems if you have any. Remember that YT is always an option.. The machine is fantastic and hope it helps me out with my projects.
