We were very pleased with these roof bars, good value and excellent delivery times. Unfortunately it was our error and we ordered a shorter length by mistake, the returns system was excellent. We reordered the correct rails and 4 days later they arrived. The packaging on these was no where near as good as first set, it was obviously a return as there were marks on the bars, and all bits were loose inside the box, with just couple strips of tape keeping box closed, with all the gaps it’s a wonder all keys etc stayed in the box. Would be good idea to check return packages before reselling. No fault with product we would certainly recommend.
