I purchased the 4 light version for my dark basement. These are SO bright, like Jesus himself appeared out of the darkness. I was glad I purchased a second for the other side. I was concerned about getting enough light down there having a large space, and these did not disappoint. I love that you can change the direction, which was helpful in lighting up the darker corners. The fixture itself isn't the best quality, but expecting champagne on a beer budget is unreasonable. Plus, it's a light fixture, it's there for function and to be seen, not like you are touching it everyday. For what it costs, I'm very surprised with all the functionality as far as the ability to actually shape your light direction. I would absolutely recommend this if you need a bright light and aren't looking to spend a lot.
