Works quite well as far as I can tell so far! I also really like that it’s clear as I love seeing the dust in the cyclone. However, there are a few things I don’t like: 1. The mounting screws were quite short. I believe they’re around 3/4”, but just a bit longer at an 1” would have been nice. The nuts barely fit on in my case, with washers underneath. 2. I detected some leaking around the base of the cyclone, where it meets the metal gasket. This was easily remedied with some caulk. I also took off the top half and put a bead of caulk around where the two halves of the cyclone intersect. I didn’t notice a leak there per se, but I figured a better seal would be advantageous as there is no gasket at this intersection. 3. All threads for screws on this are plastic, thus are very likely to strip. I encountered this straight from the manufacturer, but nothing a little super glue couldn’t fix. Otherwise, it’s a bargain deal that can get you a 4” cyclone separator for cheap. Would recommend!
