Great starter rig for aerial with all the equipment, however, it is only 3ft wide on the top. I am 5ft 2in and my legs hit the sides. Able to do most skills with adjustments, but will probably upgrade to a wider one within the next year or so.

So happy with this frame. It was not hard to put together. Super happy with the quality of product. I would definaltely buy from this company again! We did use two people to put frame together as recommended.

We just got this for my daughter as she does Ariel Silks - and she's only 8 and the height it great for the back yard. She love's it and so do her siblings. Great quality and durability!

I've been looking for a pull up station for a while, from all in one workout stand to a full cage, prices ran from $80 to $600. The lower price end really didn't suit my needs as they are narrow and had a lot of extras that would get in my way. Full cages gave a lot more room for calisthenics, rings, and stretching and while designed more for weight lifting would fit my needs. Vevor had good reviews (non amazon sources), so I had this brand and a few other yoga trapeze frames in my amazon list along with pull up stations and full rack cages. I liked the yoga trapeze frames for their simple set up and wider area to work out. I was about to buy a full cage when I saw Vevor had a special discount that brought the price to under $120. What a deal! Heavy duty stainless steel frame and good reviews. For that price shipping was just under 4 weeks. Pay full price and shipping is about a week with Prime. Not sure what yoga trapeze is all about so I put the attachments in a closet. I'm using the frame as pull up bar and ring station in my back yard. Product is solid and I'm confident it'll hold up and last a long time. I used 2 pipes per leg for a 6.5 foot height, they screw in easy so you can set up an indoor yoga trapeze by yourself as long as your ceiling is over that height. Later I will add the 3rd bars to make it 9.5 foot high. That's where I'll need a friend to help. The footpads are wide enough at 3.25\" for stability and will screw in approx 4\", the locking nut will lock the footpad in place. I screwed mine in approx 2.5\". It will tip when you stand outside the base. Doing mid pulls from near the outside of the base will tip it and possibly pull it over. Kipping, giants, dismounts, and other techniques that use swinging/centrifugal force will tip it over. I used rebar spikes to secure it to the ground and no more tipping or tip overs when standing at or past the base on one side. I used the 2 safety straps provided, now I need 2 more for the other side. My roommate

I had been putting off buying a yoga swing frame because there was always something higher on the priority list. I’m glad I jumped at this deal! It’s VERY solid and sturdy. That’s the most important thing to know. Easy to assemble, assuming you’re not putting it together and taking it apart all the time. I’m glad that I have high ceilings in my house…it’s impressive in size. I would be wary of leaving it outside, especially during any precipitation. It does have adjustable legs at the bottom to compensate for uneven ground. I haven’t been on my yoga swing in years now. When I get re-acclimated, I’ll see what I can do with the silk that came with the frame! ⭐️

It can be assembled by yourself but much easier with extra help.

I love this. Use it everyday to hang upside down, do some back bends and shoulder stretches. Especially great on days when I am short on time. I also use the handles for trx workouts. My daughter also loves sitting in it and reading (I just lower the hammock so she can get in and out by herself).

I almost cannot live without this product. It works wonders for your hips and spine. There are so many poses and workouts you can do, and also find on YouTube. I tend to do what feels the best and it doesn't even feel like a workout. It's a peaceful place and there are some positions that feel like nirvana on the spine. This yoga trapeze in particular is made of very sturdy parachute-like material. I had one for about four years (purple one in pic) that was a different brand, cost around $80-90 and didn't include the hanging hardware. It recently ripped so I had to invest in another. I was skeptical on this cheaper product, but decided to give it a try. I am so pleased with this. Don't hesitate based on price, this is well made and a steal for the investment for your body.
