How to Initiate a Return & Refund

1. Contact Customer Support

Reach out to VEVOR support team via Contact Us page. Provide your order number and the reason for return. For damaged or defective items, please include clear photos or videos.

Reason Requirements
Damaged on Arrival Provide photos of the item, SKU/Part Number, and shipping label.
Wrong Item Shipped Provide photos of the item, SKU/Part Number, and shipping label.
Not as Described Provide photos showing the discrepancy between the product and listing.
Quality Issues Provide photos or videos to verify the defect
Missing Parts Provide photos or videos to verify the missing components.
2. Case Review

Our VEVOR support team will review your request within 24 hours and propose a solution.

3. Print & Drop-Off

Once approved, you will receive a Prepaid Return Label via email. Print the label, securely pack the item, and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.

4. Refund

Once received at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 48 hours.

Please note: Do not ship items back without authorization. Returns sent to the address on the original package will not be processed.

Refund Processing Times

The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method.If you do not see the refund within the estimated time, please Contact Us or your card issuer.
