Product does well to maintain temp. It is not good for turning on in a hot room to bring down the temp. I start in the morning and maintains a 750 sq ft high ceiling room. Also has a staircase to lower level, so hallways are also additional part of the load.
Weather has been mostly above 90 and kept room at 76. By end of day room got to 78. Would have been much hotter without it.
Love the phone remote. Can adjust from anywhere.
Worth the money for the comfort provided.
