Electric Heating Integrated Distillation: Compared to the split distillation barrel, the 2800W integrated electric distillation can heat faster and produce faster liquor. Equipped with an anti dry burning device, it automatically turns off when the dry burning temperature is reached (150 ℃), and can be reset when the cooling temperature drops, ensuring the security of the food throughout the distillation process.
Excellent Cooling System: Unlike previous distillers, this distillation equipment has been upgraded to a coil 304 condenser with a new design with a water outlet larger than the water inlet, which effectively solves the problem of condensate overflow while quickly cooling; the capacity of the condensation drum is increased, and the water pump achieves automatic condensate circulation, ensuring sufficient cooling. Fun little setup. My only complaint is that the stainless steel is extremely thin and of poor quality and after only 3 uses the pot developed pin holes in the bottom, causing leakage. I initially chalked it up to no big deal, I'll just order a new pot (I was out of my 30 day return cycle) but they don't offer a replacement pot. Again, no biggie. I'll just roll out my tig welder and work my magic....... 4 1/2 hours later after chasing pin holes and stress cracks I finally sealed the pot back shut but at this point I'm extremely skeptical of using it again. Unfortunately I had to buy an entire new kit just to get the exact fit pot for the setup.....🤷

Good quality. Wish they had something larger. I need a bigger unit . We have a few banana trees. Probably over a 100lb of bananas. Will take a while to distill it. But it works good.

Made a few customizations, but good first still

There were several conflicting reviews, bit the only issue I noticed was that the overflow line for the coil cooling pot was undersized, and would regularly overflow the minute you took your eyes off of it no matter how much I adjusted the inflow. To help with this I added a valve on the inflow, and bored a wider hole on the outflow which helps, but even with the slightly larger bore hole it occasionally it will not want to drain and overflows. I would recommend boring at least a 3/4\"-1\" outside diameter hole for the overflow which will make the outflow hole between a1/2\"-3/4\" inside the fitting, and less likely to not want to drain. I'm still not sure why this happens with set inflow, but it does occasionally. Stills need to be monitored throughout so this shouldn't be an issue if you are being properly attentive.

I just completed the vinagar clean out run to remove any oils and other things from the manufacturing process. So far this is the absolutely easiest easiest beginner's still! I cannot wait to do an actual distilling run..... looking forward to how easy this still makes it.

Good starter !!

Starting small seems like a good idea but an 8 gal makes more sense for several reasons. The price is about the same. Do some research. Join some groups. They can be helpful when you find the right ones. So, i have this size and have very, very few complaints, if any.
