An amazing room for an amazing price!
I was looking for an extension room for my camper van. I purchased the awning separately, which works perfectly for this awning room. I am very surprised with the quality of this room. It is very sturdy, with thick sidewalls and floor. Many opening with zippers and flaps. Snugs perfectly up to the van, which makes it very convenient for getting in and out of the van. It is easy to set up and take down. Stores in its own bag. I highly recommend this room, and would purchase again in a minute.

Not a great fit
Claims you need the awning kit. Doesn't say you have to remove the awning for use. No real instructions for assembly. Doesn't fit properly against the vehicle. Bugs get into the vehicle and the tent via the 8 inch gap between them. No overhead cover to stop the rain getting into the gap.

Great Value for the Money!
Great awning room for the money. Had to have the first one replaced do you the doors being sewed to the mesh. After I got the replacement though everything has been perfect. I recently took some friends a lot to go camping in the mountains and this for a queen size air mattress, seating and a small table with ease. On top of that, it got down to the 40’s. With a small buddy heater it was toast and warm all night. I might even use this in the future for short over nighters or weekend trips instead of mounting my RTT. 100% recommend.

Its worked for us!
I read the reviews and took a chance on this anyway. There was some slight sagging on the roof tent, from inside the room...but after using two telescoping tent poles with guy lines to hold up the biggest, one piece, wall flap..the sagging went away. I'm debating on installing a piece of industrial strenth velcro to the center, between the awning and the tent for added support when the flap is closed up. Other than that, I have no other concerns or issues with my tent room.

Works with NAPA and ARB 2500 awning
It works with NAPA MaxiTrac 8' awning. (It should work for ARB 8' 2500 awning) It is just slightly bigger than the length of the awning. But it's compatible. Fits well. At 1/3 the cost of ARB 2500x2500 awning, I have no complaint. Finally we have a good cost effective alternative to expensive ARB stuff.
