Works pretty good
Good vibration and good amount of controllable heat. I would suggest using a cover or place a towel on your back if you're using it there. between high vibration and high heat can make your back itch. But you will get that with any of these massagers. Padding and skin protection is the key, or just lower the settings. Still it's a good product
