Training in baseball is difficult. You are making so many minute calculations and adjustments to hit a small ball traveling at 90 MPH at just the right time and angle, that if you practice wrong at home you'll be setting yourself up for failure on the field. Getting this batting mat is great for someone with a pitching machine, because it helps make sure you as the batter are in the right position every time, practicing hitting a ball which will be at the right place every single time. It makes a huge impact to being able to gauge balls vs strikes, because you have so much experience now, seeing exactly what a strike should look like.
