I needed as my daughter was coming home in a wheelchair after an accident. I odereded early but the item didn't ship until after the scheduled delivery date. I had th reach out asking why the shipping tracker was still saying it was waiting for item to arrive. I had to buy local and tried to return. This is the response I got.
