High quality w 75 ft reach. I ordered this to fix a 4 inch main sewer line that was filled for days after a couple of teenage boys didn't believe me when I told them to use the bathroom somewhere else for a few days. I want to thank you for such an excellent product. I used it this weekend to unclog the bathroom sewage pipe. It worked really really well. Without this machine, there would be no way to unclog the pipe by myself, since I pulled out some cloth-like stuff and a lot of smashed plastic from the sewage pipe (I was shocked by those stuff in the pipe). The machine is very easy to operate. Thank you again.

Worked great cleaned the drain out. Had several companies come out to do it. The next morning it was stopped up again. It has been over a month and it is still good. Love it and so happy that I don't have to pay someone to do it. They said it was cleared and it was not.They just wanted the money. I will never call a plumber again! Thanks again.

Bought this as a replacement for a Ridgid snake I sold a few years ago (big mistake!) Understandably, not quite up to the Ridgid quality, (but at 25% of Ridgid's price) but certainly sturdy enough for most homeowners and light maintenance work. I used it to clear a 4\" storm drain and it performed well. Seems well made and should prove to be durable. Overall, good value for the money and a good fit for occasional work.

Fantastic for the price
There really is nothing to dislike if you fully understand how this works. Read the manual, and watch a youtube video first before using. This works exactly as designed, very powerful little machine. Saved a $200 service call the first use (which paid for it). Very heavy, and it is not speedy--but it 100% does the job. I used it to clear roots from a 4 inch sewer pipe, my main issue was boredom as I followed instructions. I will take that over the self attempted messes with hand equipment in the past.

It wasn't the easiest to use, but I was able to unclog a root filled french drain line, probably will clog up again soon as the roots will continue to grow. I will try to go through it periodically before it gets completely blocked as it was this time. I have pressure washer drain cleaner that I have used in the past, but that would not even budge the multi foot long clog, once I got a path thru, I repeated the process from the opposite direction ,then I used my pressure washer drain cleaner to finish. It has been a couple weeks, the drainage is working area is pretty dry was standing water before using the machine
