Heavy Duty doesn't even begin to describe the chain!
This chain is incredibly strong and thick. The pictures don't do it justice. Just the appearance of the chain should convince a potential thief to just go look elsewhere. It looks like it's something you could use to pull a bus! I bought it to protect my generator and I definitely feel safe in its ability to do so. The lock is also really impressive. It doesn't appear to have the same weak points the traditional locks have. If you want to cut through this, you'll be there a long while. The fact that they included 3 keys with it is a nice touch. Definitely easy to recommend this beast of a chain/lock. Worth the money.

Long, durable security chain
For the price of this item, the quality is far superior. I have paid 3x the cost of these for a shorter length chain of this thickness. I lost my last chain while moving and found these on Amazon. Not only that, Lois from customer service addressed my concerns promptly and efficiently which also gave me the confidence to keep these even with the faulty lock I received which seems to have been a 1 in 1000 issue. I would buy again if I lost these just based on my experience with this seller.
