Do you sell parts for this waffle maker? I need a new power switch or on/off switch for my waffle maker. Its been tested and confirmed as a faulty switch. The technician told me that any DPDT switch should work, but I'd like to get a direct replacement switch if possible.

Heard quickly and cooks evenly. Very light duty - not as sturdy as I expected and am not sure how long this will hold up For the price it was a good buy, but Inwould not buy this particular model again if I could afford one of the more heavily built models.

Everyone loves waffles! The worst part is you have to make one at a time and it takes forever to serve your whole family - or even two people at the same time! NOT ANYMORE!!! I made 2 waffles with it right away. This does an extra fine job. It heated quickly with no smoke or strange smells. The waffles came out about as perfect as can be and tasted great. They passed my and the 8 yr old grandson's taste test. He went home to his mom after a weekend visit and raved on how awesome that waffle was. I used Birch Benders Keto Pancake & Waffle Mix. I also used Birch Benders Keto pancake syrup mixed 50/50 with real butter. I believe in buying a better-than-budget appliance to do a favor to my future me. This looks like a more expensive unit than it is and performs in that better category too.

This is second one of these units I have purchased. I still have the original from about two years ago or so. It worried me a little as the cord going into old unit became loose where it goes into unit. Also the teflon seemed to be losing its ability to work. New unit has slightly different heat, am still learning to adjust to perfect temperature. But the unit really works fast once it is warm. They really are excellent units, well made, fairly heavy duty, and easy to clean (the bottom pan catches any spills you may have as well). They give you some little extras as well like a small whisk, and silicone brushes.Really it is best unit on the market for the money in my opinion.

Works very well. Use the provided measuring cup to pour the batter into the machine or it will overflow when cooking. Not the machine's fault. They provide the measuring cup for a reason (as I found out the hard way). I guess with enough practice you could eyeball it when pouring the batter, but after using the machine about a half dozen times I still can't do it. The measuring cup it is. The adjustable temp range/timer is very useful. Waffle batter mixes vary from brand to brand and even batch to batch. The ability to have the waffle cook longer or shorter is very useful. This appliance just works and works well. Much better than the Cuisinart stand-up waffle maker we used to use. This is a commercial grade appliance and will churn out waffle after waffle, no problems. Would buy again.
