do you put your cheese in a pan that drops down inside with the water going around it?

What can be taken out is the material barrel, and water needs to be added to the heating barrel (limited water line) before starting the machine, and the heat is transferred to the material barrel through the heated water.

The pump plunger part of this warmer broke immediately. I called Vevor. They insisted that I send them a photo of the broken part. I explained that it was the internal part of the plunger that was broken and that you could not see or photograph it. I asked to return it. She refused to let me do this unless I provided a photograph of the broken part. You can see a revolving argument. The pump part was poorly crafted plastic. The other warmer pumps I have are all stainless steel and durable. I don't really like posting negative comments, but in this case buyer beware. I'm posting 5 stars instead of 1. I ended up throwing the unit in the trash. I have spent a lot of money with Vevor. You would think they would treat their returning customers better.
