The pump plunger part of this warmer broke immediately. I called Vevor. They insisted that I send them a photo of the broken part. I explained that it was the internal part of the plunger that was broken and that you could not see or photograph it. I asked to return it. She refused to let me do this unless I provided a photograph of the broken part. You can see a revolving argument. The pump part was poorly crafted plastic. The other warmer pumps I have are all stainless steel and durable. I don't really like posting negative comments, but in this case buyer beware. I'm posting 5 stars instead of 1. I ended up throwing the unit in the trash. I have spent a lot of money with Vevor. You would think they would treat their returning customers better.

We ordered this to use at my son's baseball themed graduation party. It was quite the hit. It wasn't heating up right away, so we put water in the basin and then it worked great! We are looking forward to nachos and cheese all summer!
