This gyro knife is equipped with a super high-quality 420 stainless steel blade, which features a fast cutting function. The lightweight plastic housing features the anti-slip design.
Battery Charging Design
The gyro slicer knife adopts a wireless design, with two rechargeable batteries (one as a spare). You don't need to worry about the annoying power wire when slicing the meat.
Adjustable Thickness
The cutting thickness is adjustable up to 0.3-inch (0-8mm) by adjusting the top screw to cope with various demands. Lock the blade with side screws after thickness is decided.
Pure Copper Motor
The 80-watt pure copper motor ensures a large cutting capacity of 132lbs (60kg) per 24 hours and a long continuous working time of 115 minutes.
