Da mein „Markengerät“ nach 10 Kernbohrungen den Geist aufgegeben hat(Rutschkupplung , musste schnell Ersatz her.Da habe ich mir diese Maschine gekauft, bis die andere repariert wird.Also ich bin überrascht, absolut super Teil , braucht sich nicht verstecken.Sieben Bohrungen durch Stahlbeton Decke u. zwei durch Kalksandstein Wand ohne Probleme.Ich denke die wird noch viele Bohrungen schaffen.Ein kleines Mango ist der Wasserschlauch, der ist nix.Habe mir selber einen gemacht.Wie schon gesagt , für den Preis, Top!

Bin mit dem Gerät sehr zufrieden, musste 10 Bohrungen durch sehr harte Natursteinplatten ( quarzitisch gebundener Schiefer) machen anschließend durch ca. 25cm Stahlbeton.Alles ohne Probleme, Maschine wurde leider mit der falschen Bohrkrone geliefert. Gab dann einen Preisnachlass.Jemand schrieb das Sie gefährlich ist, klar wenn ich Sie nicht fest dübele ist es gefährlich.Für mich ein gutes Gerät und vom Preis unschlagbar.

Kernbohrmaschine
Mit dem Produkt, der kurzen Lieferzeit bin ich extremst zufrieden, auch wenn ich erst 1 Loch gebohrt habe. Der Zusammenbau sollte zwar mit einer bessern Beschreibung oder Bild dokumentiert werden (Kopie von der Kopie ist halt unleserlich klein gewesen), doch schafft man das auch so. Zwar erschließt sich das volle Potential erst wenn man dann das Gerät anwendet (4 Schrauben sind zum Ausrichten gedacht) doch das Bohren geht sehr leicht von statten. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als komplett aber der 15mm Steinbohrer war dann doch nicht dabei. 16mm ist ein üblicheres Maß aber den Metalldübel kriegst halt auch bei uns nur in 15mm. Bei der Verankerung musste ich mir selbst was zusammenbasteln, weil die 100mm Isolierung nicht für den kurzen Dübel geeignet war.

Bisher ohne größere Probleme. Bohrer gut!
Habe bisher damit ca. 100 16mm Löcher in 10mm Baustahl gebohrt. Den Behälter zur Kühlung habe ich nicht benutzt, da ich ihn noch nicht verstanden habe. Daher eine externe Schmierung aus der Dose.Gekauft wurde der MD40 11 mit den mitgelieferten Bohren. Der Magnet ist sehr stark. Gemessen habe ich es nicht genau, aber die Stromaufnahme wird so ca. 8A getragen (Durchschnittswert der meisten anderen Elektromagneten).Die Führung ist stabil und zeigt keinerlei Spiel beim Bohren. Einige andere Modelle neigen beim Drücken nach vorne. Was mir nur aufgefallen ist, dass wenn die Stange oben ist, sie nicht oben bleibt. Durch das Gewicht dreht sich der Bohrer nach unten. Wenn man dann die Maschinen verschiebt, schleift der Bohrer über den Tisch. Man kann es etwas fester ziehen, aber durch die Vibrationen löst es sich immer wieder. Für mich nicht weiter schlimm.

Kerbohrmaschine brauch viel Strom
Die Kernbohrmaschine hat 3200Watt. Die Steckdose muss völlig frei sein von anderen Geräten, und die Maschine startet nur mit Anlaufstrombegrenzer.
